Another year, another disappointing end for the Cowboys. After demolishing the Eagles on national TV late in the season, Dallas gave its fans a glimmer of hope, but it quickly faded once again.
Dallas won the NFC East with a 12-5 overall record in 2023, but lost to the Green Bay Packers on Wild Card Weekend. Dak Prescott, fresh off a stellar 4,516-yard, 36-touchdown season, is entering the final year of his four-year deal signed in 2021. While Dak has shown interest in signing an extension, team owner Jerry Jones has yet to commit beyond 2024.
With Prescott’s cap hit surpassing $55 million, the Cowboys have struggled to add key talent this offseason despite Jones claiming they are set to go “all-in” to win in 2024— but more on that later.
Despite the uncertainty, Prescott finished second in MVP voting and earned a Second-Team All-Pro nod for his impressive efforts last season. Another perennial Pro Bowl candidate, wide receiver CeeDee Lamb, finally got paid handsomely after a prolonged holdout. He's coming off a massively productive season in 2023, having caught 135 passes for 1,749 yards, and 12 touchdowns.
Defensively, the Cowboys have the ability to wreck havoc on opposing offenses with their elite pass rush. All-Pro and Defensive Player of the Year candidate Micah Parsons leads the way for Dallas' defense.

Brad Sham is the lead play-by-play announcer along with color analyst Steve Beuerlein while Nicole Hutchison carries sideline duty.
Beuerlein is a former Cowboys quarterback (1991-1992), recording 24,046 passing yards and a passer rating of 80.3 during his NFL career. During his sixteen seasons in the NFL, Beuerlein had won a Super Bowl, Pro Bowl, and has been awarded NFL passing yards leader and NFL completion percentage leader.
