Will Levis gets absolutely roasted for brutal showing in Titans Week 1 loss

The Tennessee Titans looked to be cruising to victory in the first half of their Week 1 game against the Chicago Bears — and then the wheels came off for quarterback Will Levis and Co., leading to a season-opening 24-17 loss.

Levis completed 19-of-32 passes for just 127 yards and one touchdown to two picks. He struggled with accuracy and decision-making, and one of his two interceptions was maybe the worst decision you'll ever see a quarterback make.

His second interception came on the Titans' final offensive drive of the game and it sealed the deal for Tennessee's Week 1 collapse. It was yet another bad decision by Levis, who threw off his back foot and into two Bears defenders.

Levis should've had at least one more interception on the afternoon on a pass to Calvin Ridley that should've been a long touchdown if not for the Kentucky product underthrowing his receiver.

It was a shame the offense couldn't hold up its end of the bargain, as the defense did more than enough for the Titans to win this game.

Levis entered the 2024 campaign looking to prove he's the long-term solution for the Titans under center. After one game, he looks like anything but that and one has to wonder how much leash he's going to have moving forward.

Another game like this and fans might start calling for Mason Rudolph to start. Here's a look at how social media reacted to Levis' awful game in Week 1.
