When a caution flag fell on Lap 399 of 400, overtime drama – and heated tempers – developed during the final turn of Sunday’s Cook Out 400 at Richmond Raceway. Desperate to end a two-year winless drought and qualify for the playoffs, then No. 32-ranked Austin Dillon wrecked Joey Logano and Denny Hamlin for the surprising win.

Logano, who overtook Dillon in the final overtime restart, fumed following the result.

“He was four car-lengths back, it wasn’t even close,” Logano told NBC Sports. “It’s a bunch of BS. Not even freaking close. Bump-and-run, I get it, but he got in there and just drove through me. It’s ridiculous.”

What kind of payback will come Dillon’s way next weekend at Michigan International Speedway?
