The Lynchburg Little Mustangs placed first in the Class D Jr. Silver Division 2024 District 26 East Region Knothole Tournament. The Lynchburg Little Mustangs are coached by Tim Mock, Seth Partin and Tristen Streetman. Lineburg named new Brookville football coach
Campbell County School Board approved a new head varsity football coach for Brookville High School at their monthly meeting Monday, July 22. Radford High School and Radford University graduate Dr. Mark Lineburg was selected by Brookville principal Christine White to replace Jonathan Meeks to lead the Bees this season. Lineburg leaves his position as assistant superintendent of Birmingham Public Schools near Detroit, Michigan. He was the superintendent in Halifax County until 2021.
