Liv is a libero on the team which means she is the defense specialist she says, “I love this position because although you don’t score any points for your team, you prevent the other team from scoring.” Liv has been doing volleyball since she was young and she choose to play it because, “I am passionate about volleyball and it’s something I want to do in my future but also because of the team and the coaches. I continue to do volleyball because it not only helps me stay active, and healthy but also builds teamwork and leadership skills.” When asked what she is most excited for this year, she stated, “this season I am looking forward to seeing how far we make it, I’m also excited about the opportunity to showcase my skills, work with my team and aim for success on the volleyball court. I believe we are gonna do very well, we were one game away from states last year so we are making it this year.” Liv loves the Sunlake volleyball team and also plays club volleyball.
