Miles & Preston 4H Clubs held their Local Show at Great River Threshers
The Miles – Preston 4H Clubs held their Local Show Saturday evening, July 13, during Thresher weekend. The indoor judges were Luke Holdgrafer, Joy Gnade and Kierra Messerich. Joey Portz judged Clover Kids. There were 18 indoor exhibitors. Junior Indoor Champion was Isabelle Lawson. She made a Miles Maverick 4H sign using string art. Reserve Junior Champion was Charlie Manthei. Charlie constructed a wiffle ball strike zone. The Intermediate Indoor Champion was Maya Ruden with a photograph of a yellow flower. Presleigh Matthiesen won Reserve Intermediate Champion with her photograph of a cat. In the Senior division John Portz took home Indoor Champion with a picture of a swan. The Reserve Senior Champion was Tate Ruden with a photograph of a butterfly. John Portz won a gift card to Theisens for having the most indoor projects.
