    Man wanted in connection with a home invasion robbery in Springfield

    SPRINGFIELD, Fl. ( WMBB ) – The Springfield Police Department is searching for a man wanted in connection with a home invasion robbery.

    On June 22, the Springfield Police responded to an apartment complex in the 3800 block of E 8th Street about a home invasion robbery, according to a news release.

    The victim stated there was a knock at their door, when they opened the door two masked subjects, one armed with a handgun entered the apartment and stole various items, while a third masked subject stood inside, officials wrote.

    Springfield Police seek public assistance in identifying home invasion suspects

    On June 26, the Springfield Police with the assistance of the Panama City Police Department executed a search warrant in the 500 block of N. East Avenue.

    An arrest warrant was obtained for 21-year-old Quadarius Porter for Home Invasion Robbery and Aggravated Assault.

    The Springfield Police Department said they have two additional suspects identified and believe additional warrants will be issued.
