Kim Dynasty Sushi Bar & Grill, 3637 E. Sunshine St., announced on Facebook that it is looking for new owners. The owners are looking to sell by August, with their lease expiring in September.

"We are selling because the owners have a new baby and the husband is getting old and the work is too much for him to keep up with," Kim Dynasty Sushi Bar & Grill posted.

Classes and dinners return to Italian Kitchen

After a hiatus while owners and chefs Alessandro De Luca and Jennifer Morris got the Bedda Matri food truck up and running, classes and dinners are back at Italian Kitchen , 540 W. McDaniel St.

A July 30 class will cover how to make focaccia, a traditional Italian flatbread. For classes, the $50 ticket includes the cost of the class, dinner and the food you take home. Upcoming dinners include a Piedmont tradition called merena sinoira, where a variety of cold snacks and appetizers serve as the meal. Dinner tickets are $60 per person. Both classes and dinners are BYOB.

De Luca also hopes to host a tiramisu class and a chicken class in August.
