UPDATED: 2 Still Hospitalized After Car and Buggy Accident in Deerfield; Horse Dies at Scene
7/22; 2:15 p.m.—The Oneida County Sheriff's Office released injury updates for those involved in the car-buggy accident. "Both the operator of the vehicle, Chase Brewer and Rebecca Hershberger, who was controlling the horse and buggy, have been discharged from Wynn Hospital. The two other occupants in the buggy are in stable condition at Upstate University Hospital," the Sheriff's Office stated in a release.
