With no disrespect to vending machine staples like soda and chips, the 24/7 grab-and-go experience just got elevated in Philadelphia's Kensington section.Perrystead Dairy is the city's first-ever cheese dispensary.It's all digital - no cash required.You simply choose your selection, swipe your card, and voila! Cheese is dispensed.Yoav Perry opened Perrystead Dairy three years ago."I've been in cheese for a really long time," he says. "I had this idea. New law requires Philly tow truck drivers to provide photographic evidence of parking violations
Tow truck drivers must now document parking violations before they haul away cars in Philadelphia. Under Act 43, the Philadelphia Parking Authority and its agents are required to take photographs of infractions before towing vehicles. The photos must include the car's license plate and posted signs, if there are any, warning of illegal parking. These photos will be available to the vehicle owner free of charge, upon request.

As a military veteran, Mark Eberle knew far too well the struggles of returning to civilian life.Once seeing how service dogs made the difference for fellow veterans, his mission became Paws Healing Heroes.This South Jersey nonprofit pairs dogs with those who served, so no veteran's needs are forgotten."Our goal is to rescue dogs from shelters and foster programs and train them for disabled veterans like myself," said Co-Founder and President of Paws Healing Heroes, Mark Eberly.Their training of the animals occurs at Alpha & Omega Working Dogs."It heals me along the process.
