If you follow my page then you know that one of my favorite things to do is to go hiking. Hiking is a great sport to keep you healthy and to have less stress on the knees, hips, back, etc. When I was younger I was a runner, but now getting a bit older I find walking is the best way to get the exercise we all need. NJ school principal and her son die in crash during family trip
ENGLEWOOD — An elementary school principal and her son died in a head-on crash in South Africa on the Fourth of July that claimed four lives. Daniela Small-Bailey, principal of the Dr. John Grieco Elementary School in Englewood, was with her son Sidanii Bell visiting with his two children who live in Dullstroom, South Africa, according to a statement from the Englewood School District.
Boil water advisory lifted for the Jersey City Heights, Veolia says
The boil water advisory that went into the effect for the Jersey City Heights after a pump temporarily broke has been lifted, Veolia Water told customers. “We are pleased to report that test results show no need to boil water. THE BOIL WATER ADVISORY IS LIFTED and it is no longer necessary to boil your water before using,” they wrote in a message to customers.
