Gamble, will be in St. Francois County Circuit Court August 2, 2024 on charges of first degree murder, armed criminal action, tampering with physical evidence in a felony prosecution, and abandonment of a corpse in connection with the murder of John Parton of High Ridge.

St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A Farmington man, 21-year-old Dalton M. Belken, was fatally injured after a one car crash in St. Francois County Wednesday night at 8:10 p.m. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Belken was driving north on Wesley Chapel Road, near Holmes Road, when his car ran off the left edge of the road and crashed into a tree.

FARMINGTON, Mo. – One man was killed in a single-vehicle crash in St. Francois County Wednesday night. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 21-year-old Dalton Belken was driving northbound on Wesley Chapel Road near Holmes Road around 8 p.m. His vehicle drove off the left side of the road, striking a tree.

Route 221 Reduced for Shoulder Work
St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - Route 221 in St. Francois County will be reduced to one lane with a 16-foot width restriction as construction crews perform roadside work. This section of roadway is located from St. Francois Hills Drive to Rock Spring Road near Farmington. Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, July 1st through Wednesday, July 3rd from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. The work zone will be marked with signs. According to the St. Francois County Sheriff's Department, on Monday, June 17, the department was contacted by the man's wife, after she discovered inappropriate images of an apparent minor child on his phone.
