Washington D.C. Man Sentenced to 78 Months for Pizza Delivery Driver Assault, Accomplice Gets Probation
A Washington, D.C. man, Emerson Goldring, Jr., 32, has been sentenced to 78 months in prison for the robbery and assault of a pizza delivery driver. The incident, involving a firearm, occurred last summer on July 21 and also resulted in Sutasha Miller, 34, receiving a sentence of 18 months for attempted robbery in connection with the same crime, though her incarceration was suspended contingent on completing a year of supervised probation, as per the U.S. Department of Justice.
