Plans defended for frontier park
July 19, 1991 — Bill Bryant’s proposed frontier park in western Luray would be “a very fun and very good family center,” according to the developer’s real estate broker. Bob Bridges, who makes his home in neighboring Rappahannock County, addressed about 40 residences of WestLu Meadows during a public hearing on the project before the Luray Town Council Monday evening.
