NOAA recommends Jacksonville, Cape Fear project funding
Recommendations for the second round of funding through the Transformational Habitat Restoration and Coastal Resilience grant program include two projects in North Carolina. Detectives not facing charges after fatally shooting man near South Kerr Avenue
WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – No law enforcement will be facing charges in connection to the fatal shooting by deputies that killed 34-year-old Steven Ryan Todd on June 13.
