Morgantown man arrested after assaulting woman, not allowing her to call 911
MORGANTOWN, W.Va (WDTV) - A Morgantown man was arrested after deputies said he assaulted a woman and would not allow her to call 911. Mathew Rolon, 50, is accused of choking the woman, hitting her and hitting her face against a cupboard and microwave during the incident on Friday, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Department.

FAIRMONT, W. Va. — A Fairmont woman has been charged after state police said she failed to get help for a juvenile female who she knew was being sexually abused. Chelsea Nice, 34, has been charged with child neglect resulting in injury and is being held in North Central Regional Jail on a $200,012 bond.
