Blue White Illustrated has no confirmed over 50 prospects who are expected to be on campus this upcoming Friday and Saturday for Penn State’s Lasch Bash Barbecue.
On Monday, we added a handful of key in-state prospects to the list, including On300 recruits like offensive lineman Kevin Brown and running back David Davis . There have also been a few 2027 prospects added as well, as Coatesville offensive lineman Maxwell Hiller , as well as Philadelphia natives Zykee Scott and Kareem Haqq have also been confirmed .
But those are just a handful of the latest players to confirm their plans. For Friday’s barbecue, Camden, N.J., native Elijah Satchel also confirmed he’ll make the trip. Satchel took home MVP honors at Penn State’s final Big Man Challenge last month . The 6-foot-1, 220-pound edge rusher holds early offers from Maryland, Pitt and West Virginia.
Other notable additions for Friday’s list include offensive lineman Tyler Duell , athlete Roman Voss , wide receivers Ash Roberts and Danny Odem , as well as running backs Amare Glover and Sa’Nir Brooks . Brooks is a 2027 prospect from Aliquippa. The other five are all 2026 prospects.
Saturday’s list also features a handful of players to keep an eye on. In the 2026 class, offensive lineman Tavian Branch and wide receiver Lavar Keys were both added to the list. Branch camped at Penn State twice this summer and performed well on both occasions. Cincinnati, Pitt and Rutgers have all offered so far. Keys is up to nine offers now. His list includes Boston College, Maryland and Virginia Tech.
One other player to keep an eye on for a potential offer is 2027 prospect Jacob Burns . A 6-foot-7, 295-pound offensive tackle from Canada, Burns came to the United States last season to play at Tabor Academy in Massachusetts. Boston College, Duke, Kentucky, Maryland, N.C. State and Syracuse have all offered.
