Penn State football doubled its 2026 recruiting class commitments with pledges from two players on Saturday, including one of the top prospects in Pennsylvania.

Four-star Harrisburg offensive tackle Kevin Brown and three-star Delaware wide receiver Jahsiear Rogers both committed to the Nittany Lions on Saturday after attending the program's annual Lasch Basch BBQ recruiting event.

Brown is one of Penn State's top targets for the 2026 signing class and selected the Nittany Lions over a host of other offers, including Alabama, Auburn, Boston College, Florida, Georgia, Notre Dame and Pitt, among others.

The 6-foot-5, 270-pound prospect out of Harrisburg High School is rated the No.1 overall player in Pennsylvania for the 2026 cycle, according to the 247 Sports Composite Rankings , which factor in multiple recruiting services, and the No. 36 prospect in the country.

Brown was earned Class 6A All-State honors following his sophomore season in 2023.

Rogers, meanwhile, is a speedy wideout from Appoquinimink High School in Middletown, Delaware. He flew a bit under the radar before his commitment on Saturday and was unranked by recruiting services, but has since picked up a three-star rating from On3 .

The 6-foot, 170-pounder earned an offer from Penn State in June after attending a 7-on-7 camp, where he posted a low 4.3 40-yard dash time and a broad jump of nearly 11 feet, according to 247 .

Rogers attended Red Lion Christian Academy during his sophomore season in 2023, when he had 29 receptions for 842 yards and eight touchdowns.

The newest commitments bump Penn State's 2026 recruiting class to No. 4 in the nation early in the cycle, according to the 247 Composite. It includes one of Brown's Harrisburg teammates, four-star running back Messiah Mickens , and four-star quarterback Troy Huhn from Mission Hills in San Marcos, California.
