Restaurants slated for Ramsey Street development could include Whataburger, Panda Express
A Florida-based real estate company announced plans last year to build a $40 million, 44-acre shopping center on Ramsey Street in Fayetteville. Located across from Lowe's and Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Rob Tanner, owner of developer Impeccable Development told The Fayetteville Observer in October that a big-box retailer is slated to take the 147,583-square-foot anchor store at the new shopping center.

Arts Council welcomes new Artist in Residence: Katie Crawford - Art, inspiration and the little things
The Arts Council of Fayetteville/Cumberland County extends a warm welcome to its new Southeastern Artist in Residence, Katie Crawford. Crawford was selected via a competitive pool process that included applicants from Cumberland, Hoke, Robeson, Sampson and Scotland counties. Crawford’s residency is part of a year-long process funded in part by the National Endowment for the Arts to build an arts education strategy for the Arts Council of Fayetteville/Cumberland County.
