MERRILL, WI (WSAU) — A Minocqua man is accused of OWI and battery against law enforcement after an incident on Highway 86 in Lincoln County. Scott Glover is accused of a first-offense OWI with a passenger under the age of 16 in the vehicle, resisting or obstructing an officer, battery against an officer, threatening an officer, and disorderly conduct after he was arrested on Saturday night near the border between Lincoln and Price Counties.
