Calling all Columbia River Gorge artists, from Washougal to The Dalles — a local library wants to display your work during the return of an annual exhibition.

The Stevenson Community Library is accepting submissions for the 45th annual Artists of the Gorge showcase. Entry is free and open to anyone age 18 and older who lives within the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area.

Artists may submit two recent works, including paintings, drawings, sculptures, wood pieces, fabric art and other media. The deadline is 5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11, at the library, 120 N.W. Vancouver Ave.

Jurors for this year’s exhibit are Amy Nowatzki, Jen Smith, and Kate Vincent. Their selections will be on display at the library and online from Oct. 7-31. An opening reception with music and refreshments will also be held at 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5.

Learn more about submitting your work online at fvrl.org/artists-gorge .
