Former officer sentenced in death of Eau Claire man
DOUGLAS COUNTY, Wis. (WEAU) - A former Superior police was sentenced today following a drunk driving incident that killed an Eau Claire man and his baby in 2022. Court documents show that on July 17, 44-year-old Gregory Swanson was sentenced to five years in prison and five years extended supervision for each of two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle.
