UNC Board of Governors unanimously approves program cuts at UNC Asheville, UNC Greensboro
The UNC Board of Governors has officially approved program cuts at UNC Asheville and UNC Greensboro. The unanimous vote is the final step in a months-long process and means that four departments and two language concentrations at UNCA and a combination of 20 programs, majors and minors at UNCG are no longer available to new students.

LIMA, OH (WLIO) - As the country waits for the Summer Olympics to begin, some Lima athletes are gearing up to compete in their own Olympics. Lima's C2K Striders once again have athletes who qualified to compete in the AAU Junior Olympics in Greensboro, North Carolina. This will be the Amateur Athletic Union's 58th competition. These young athletes are no strangers to track and field, as shown by the hardware around their necks. They work long and hard to get good at what they do and are looking forward to this weekend of competition.
