On Tuesday, July 16th, thirteen NCHSAA Student-Athlete Advisory Council Members (SAAC) presented to over 40 NC Athletic Directors at the 2024 NC Coaches Clinic held at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex. Men’s Tennis Takes Home ITA All-Academic Team Honors
ELON, N.C. – The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) announced that the Elon University men's tennis team earned All-Academic Team Honors while eight student-athletes earned Scholar-Athlete honors. In 2024, 1,059 Division I Men's student-athletes were named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, and 176 men's tennis programs were awarded the All-Academic Team distinction.

Second new private school to open in Burlington next month
Ebenezer United Church of Christ in Burlington is launching a new private Christian school that will open for students in kindergarten through third grade on August 26.
