Penn State Flower Trials Performing Well Despite Hot Weather
MANHEIM, Pa. — A lot of heat and a little rain has been the norm for the flowers planted in Penn State’s Flower Trials this year. The plants were potted and placed in May, and since then haven’t seen ideal weather conditions, but that hasn’t stopped many of them from receiving high ratings.
