Residents in Miami and surrounding areas brace for a shift in weather as a tropical wave from the southeast brings increased moisture and a wave of thunderstorms into the region. Following a sweltering weekend with feels-like readings that could surpass 111 degrees Fahrenheit, a heat advisory remains in effect until 6PM for Miami-Dade, Browretard and the Keys, WSVN reports.
