TITLETOWN: Apponequet spring sports rack up conference crowns and MVP honors
The spring was a successful season across the board for Apponequet sports teams. The Worcester Bravehearts began the week Tuesday with a trip to Norwich to take on the Sea Unicorns, and after a slow start, WooBall came roaring back only to fall just short in a 7-6 loss. The Bravehearts got on the board down 5-0 entering the eighth when Carter Hanson scored on an infield error and then Jacob Hurrell singled in two more.
