The rift between Taylor Swift and Ye (formerly Kanye West) is the stuff of legend in the celebrity world and there’s a new update. In his latest album, Vultures 2 , Ye name-dropped Swift in the lyrics to “Lifestyle” and fans are convinced she’s very subtly responded.

The album, which has not been well-received by the way, features collaborations with rappers like Lil Wayne, Future, and Young Thug, and it’s actually Wayne who mentions Swift and her boyfriend: “I twist my Taylor spliffs tight at the end like Travis Kelce ,” referring to Kelce’s position on the football field.

While of course, Swift hasn’t mentioned the name-drop directly, fans believe she responded during an Eras Tour show in Poland. During her Red era , she donned a t-shirt with the words “I Bet You Think About Me” emblazoned on the front—a song from her 2021 album which is widely believed to be about her ex, Jake Gyllenhaal.

“She’s so funny for wearing the I bet you think about me shirt after Ka*ye name-dropped her and Travis in his song an actual comedian,” one fan tweeted . “Saw the k*nye thing a little bit ago and I knew she was gonna wear it lmao,” another observed.

The shirt isn’t the only thing. Swift also released a new digital version of her 11th studio album, The Tortured Poets Department —it was only available for 24 hours on August 3, the day Vultures 2 dropped. This very limited release reportedly blocked Ye from achieving the top spot in the album sales charts.
