Charli XCX is brat, so that means she doesn’t take online chatter too seriously. The singer was the latest target of Molly Bailey, an aesthetic physician assistant most known for calling out alleged work celebrities have had done via social media.

Earlier this month, Bailey, a.k.a. @baileysbotox, took to Instagram, accusing Charli of getting botox, filler, a brow lift, and rhinoplasty. “What seems to be the most noticeable change is her lifted brows and extra upper eyelid,” Bailey captioned the visual of Charli’s evolving look. “Likely the result of an endoscopic ponytail lift that’s popular among young Hollywood, an upper blepharoplasty or less invasive brow threads plus a tox brow lift. It gives her the cat-eye effect that’s so Julia.”

A few days after the post was shared, Charli hopped in the comments section to seemingly set the record straight. “Omg I’m obsessed w this shit,” the hitmaker wrote, cryptically responding to the claims. Fans of Charli hailed her reaction, praising her for being “so real.” Bailey also acknowledged Charli’s comment , calling her a “transparent queen.”

“The brat queen has spoken. Brat girls are breaking the stigma of cosmetic treatments and we’re here for it,” Bailey gushed. “As Charli XCX herself said, a brat girl is ‘honest, blunt and a little bit volatile.’ She clearly leads by example. Brat girl aesthetic is doing whatever it is that makes you happy and confident, not caring what anyone thinks.” (For those who don’t know, “brat” is the equivalent of Megan Thee Stallion’s “hot girl summer” and is the name of Charli’s sixth studio album, which she released in June.)

While Charli didn’t explicitly confirm which procedures she’s undergone, she hinted at needing “more botox” in a TikTok video she shared in January 2023. At the time, she was encouraging award shows to reward her with accolades, but said she needed some injections “before accepting.”
