    Tuesday „ A Grief Share support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief.     Wednesday „ “The Rotary Club was organized in 1925 and will celebrate its one hundredth anniversary next year. 'Service Above Self' is its motto, and that is what the Rotary Club does,” said Dinner Bell Coordinator Judy Gilreath. “From its Christmas parties at local schools, which date back to before 1960, where children meet Santa and receive a special giftes to present day scholarships and financial gifts to local charities, the Rotary Club gives and gives. The annual Claws for a Cause, held in April, funds worthy local charity endeavors and also provides scholarships to help students cover college financial needs. Since 2015, the Dinner Bell Feeding Ministry has been blessed with Rotarians grilling hamburgers on the last Wednesday of May. For their 'Service Above Self,” the Dinner Bell is extremely grateful.” Grab and go with a meal from the distribution area under the covered driveway (porte cochere) on the northeast corner of the First United Methodist Church campus starting around 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday. The May 29 menu includes grilled hamburgers, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions, bags of potato chips, baked beans and sopapilla cheesecake.

    „ Wednesday Night Fellowship Meal will be offered at First Baptist Church-Sulphur Springs from 4:45 to 5:45 p.m. Wednesdays. RSVP online at www.ssfbc.org.

    „ The South Liberty Cemetery Association will host its annual Memorial Day service at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, June 2. Lunch will follow in the Fellowship Hall in the church, across the road from the cemetery at 1637 County Road 1177 in Sulphur Springs.

    „ Sulphur Springs First United Methodist Church will host pre-kindergarten through third grade students for a totally free Vacation Bible School, June 3-6 from 9 a.m. to noon.     „ First Baptist Church-Sulphur Springs will host Breaker Rock Beach Vacation Bible School, Monday through Friday, June 17-21, from 8:30 a.m. until noon. Registration is now open, and volunteers can also sign up in the HUB.
