Volleyball has grown in popularity in East Texas over the last 10 years. In Sulphur Springs, that was evidenced by the crowd at Lady Wildcat Volleyball Camp.
The annual camp, held May 28 to 29 at the Sulphur Springs High School gym, drew 141 participants, up from the 115 in attendance from last year.
Campers learned each aspect of volleyball, ranging from serving, setting, blocking, attacking, and digging. Additionally, the campers also played a variety of fun games.
The camp was conducted by Sulphur Springs head volleyball coach Bailey Dorner.
