Woman attacked with pruning saw in downtown Madison, suspect caught
MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - A woman has been arrested after attacking another woman with a pruning saw in downtown Madison. The Madison Police Department says they were sent out to a fight near State Street and West Mifflin Street just before 9 p.m. Monday. One person on scene reported the victim was bleeding profusely.
