Willow Canyon High School SkillsUSA Chapter has been named a SkillsUSA Model of Excellence for 2024 in the technical skills category. The annual program recognizes the exceptional integration of personal, workplace and technical skills into chapter activities. Being selected as a Model of Excellence is the highest honor bestowed on chapters by SkillsUSA. Letters: Sartor simply doesn’t have the time to be Surprise’s mayor
Kevin Sartor wants the residents of Surprise to believe that he can be their mayor. He has a full-time job at the Dysart Unified School District. If he is fulfilling his Dysart Schools job as expected, he should be working at least 50 hours per week. If he is elected to be the mayor of Surprise, he should be working at least 40 hours per week on the mayoral duties. Those combined jobs require 90 hours per week, which is 13 hours per day, seven days a week. In addition, he has a home and family which as everyone knows requires more time.
