As I wrote in the initial post, mapping out minutes for each player in the middle of July, four months before the season starts, and when we have very little to no information on most of the roster seems kind of pointless. But as I thought might happen, over 200...
Red Bull Wake the City will make its U.S. debut in Milwaukee
Two years ago, the folks behind energy drink/extreme sports/soccer-team ownership brand Red Bull brought its Flugtag event to Milwaukee and wowed more than 50,000 people on the lakefront with a parade of human-powered flying machines that soared (or didn’t) to success. Next month, the company will return with a similarly inventive — but arguably more accomplished — group of athletes.

Stark wins Slinger Small Car Nationals
Slinger, Wis., July 14—Karter Stark advanced from his eighth starting position to win the 30-lap Super Beez Small Car Nationals feature Sunday night at the Slinger Speedway. Travis Kreuser and Nick Schmidt swapped the lead in the early laps as Karter Stark and Kyle Stark quickly joined them as the top four cars raced tightly together. Eventually the inside lane prevailed as Schmidt took sole possession of the top spot bringing Karter Stark with him. Stark pressured Schmidt for the lead and then took to the outside lane in traffic to take command of the race. Stark then began to pull away out front as Kyle Stark began to battle with Schmidt for second. Kyle Stark took over second place on lap 16 and set his sights on his son Karter Stark for the lead. A spin by Krueser off turn two with five laps to go set up a dash for the finish with Karter Stark leading over Kyle Stark and Schmidt. During the caution period, raindrops began to fall but the race resumed for the final laps and Karter Stark was able to hold off Kyle Stark to capture the win. Jason Uttech made a late charge to finish in third place followed by Tim Anderson and Mitchell Strobel in fourth and fifth place respectively. Paul Reagles finished in sixth place followed by Al Strobel in seventh while Schmidt fell to eighth in the final laps. Tracy Neu and Travis Kreuser rounded out the top ten finishers.
