Caldwell’s seven thoughts: Payton Thorne, wide receivers, aggressive defense and a prediction
We got a taste of football on Saturday with Georgia Tech pulling off the upset over Florida State, but I'm excited to see what this Auburn team is all about. Even though we've been given great access in the preseason, you still don't really know what this team is all about because of the new faces on the roster. There are close to 30 players that could see action on Saturday that weren't on the roster a season ago, much less the guys that redshirted. That's a ton of uncertainty, even if you have seen guys throughout camp.

Cities with the most expensive homes in Georgia
Purchasing a home is one of the most important investments there is. More than a place to live, homeownership is an asset with the potential to tremendously rise in value. But with home prices reaching record heights, affordability plays a huge role for buyers. The typical home value in the United States was $362,156 in July, 2.8% higher than the year before. High mortgage rates are also making monthly payments more expensive; as of Aug. 22, the 30-year fixed mortgage rate sits at 6.46%. Although home prices have inflated all across the U.S., there are some cities that command a higher price tag than others. Location, size, age, and condition are all contributing factors to home value. Stacker compiled a list of cities with the most expensive homes in Georgia using data from Zillow . Cities are ranked by the Zillow Home Values Index for all homes as of July 2024. The charts in this story were created automatically using Matplotlib .
