In this California housing market update I will be covering the March 2024 and April 2024 real estate market for Moreno Valley, California, which is located in Riverside County.

According to the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS), as of April 18, 2024. Currently there are 132 single family residence homes for sale in Moreno Valley, CA. They are selling between $349,000 to $3,500,000.

In Moreno Valley, California there are currently 166 homes in escrow; that means they are either in pending status or are accepting back up offers.

Last month in March 2024, in Moreno Valley, CA, there were 109 single family residence homes sold, they ranged in price from $415,000 to $900,000.

According to the California Regional Multiple Listing Service; in March 2024 Moreno Valley homes had an average median of 10 days on the market.
