Tennessee Man Sentenced for Assaulting Police During Capitol Riot
Devin McNulty from Loudon, Tennessee, found himself with a 12-month-and-a-day sentence after pleading guilty to assault on law enforcement during the January 6 Capitol riots. In a recent turn of events disclosed by the U.S. Department of Justice, McNulty will also face 24 months of supervised release, alongside a restitution payment of $2,000, as determined by U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan.
