WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - Halloween arrives in Kansas early again this year. The Paranormal Cirque II comes to Wichita next month for shows that aren't for kids. The performances under the orange-striped "Clown Castle" promise to deliver surprises, scares and amusement to all who dare attend. Six shows at Towne East Square are scheduled for September 13-16, the circus' website says. You must be at least 17 years old to buy tickets. Children ages 13-17 may attend at the discretion of their parents or guardians.
