FAYETTE COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — A Fayette County couple is facing charges after deputies said drugs were found following an incident where shots were fired. Zachariah T. Roat, 35, and Kristina L. Roat, 32, of Cannelton, W.Va., are charged with possession with intent to deliver and child neglect creating risk of injury or death after an incident early Thursday morning, according to a news release from the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office.
