2:00 – 4:00 p.m. (The Manhasset Public Library, 30 Onderdonk Ave.) Melinda will demonstrate how to create 3 charcuterie boards: a traditional with meat and cheeses, a butter board with flavored butter and items to dip in, and last but not least, a dessert board. You will receive handouts with pairings, the components of creating a charcuterie board, how to assemble, a salami flower-making demo, and a plate of meats, cheeses, olives, pickles, fruits, and nuts to create a charcuterie cup with fancy picks that you can take home.
