New Memorial Day parade route in Elmira. What to know about changes.
The City of Elmira's annual Memorial Day Parade will take a new route this year. The parade route will now start at Park Place heading north, take a left onto Washington Avenue heading west down to Davis Street, and take a right onto Davis Street heading north all the way to the Woodlawn Cemetery Entrance off Davis Street.
