Michigan man sentenced to 15-20 years in mPerks scheme
(CBS DETROIT) - A Michigan man has been sentenced to 15 to 20 years in prison for the theft and sale of account information tied to Meijer mPerks accounts. Nicholas Mui, 22, of Grand Haven, pleaded guilty in July to one count of conducting a criminal enterprise and forfeited his computer tower and about $611,000 in cash and frozen cryptocurrency.mPerks is a loyalty program at the Meijer grocery store chain. Eggs linked to salmonella outbreak sold by Milo's Poultry Farms in Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin
The CDC is warning the public about eggs linked to a salmonella outbreak that were sold in stores and restaurants in Illinois, Michigan and Wisconsin.Milo's Poultry Farms LLC recalled the eggs on Friday, Sept. 6. The recall encompasses all chicken eggs, like cage-free or organic, in all cases and carton sizes labeled with "Milo's Poultry Farm" or "Tony's Fresh Market" of any and all expiration dates.ABC7 Chicago is now streaming 24/7.
