Gumm Building in St. Helens nears completion; county admin readies to move in
In front of a big crowd of city and county dignitaries Thursday, Oct. 3, Columbia County Commissioner Casey Garrett cut a bright blue ribbon to officially reveal the completion of Phase 1 of the historic John Gumm Building, located near the river in St. Helens.
