Update on Vyve Broadband repairs in Bulloch
We reached out to our contacts at Vyve for an update on service restoration following Hurricane Helene. The Vyve website currently shows a 77.16% restoration rate in Statesboro, as of midday Monday, October 7. Here is the additional information they provided. Vyve Broadband is diligently working to restore service in Statesboro as quickly and safely as possible. We have mobilized additional resources across the company, including contractors, to assist with restoration efforts. Teams are working 24/7 to repair downed lines and fiber cuts across the network. Crews are also coordinating with other circuit providers and operators to ensure repairs are completed efficiently throughout the area. While power may be restored in some areas, significant damage is still being addressed, which may impact service. We expect to provide estimated restoration times early this week.
