Vibrant road mural designed to attract visitors

All-Shore Band Concert a resounding success
EASTON — The 2024 All-Shore Band concert was a resounding success. Conductors of the two middle and high school Queen Anne's County Public Schools All-Shore Band groups were Andrew Spang, Junior All-Shore Band and Dr. Mark Lortz, Senior All-Shore Band. Lortz composed an original piece of music for this year titled “Daredevil,” and it premiered at the All-Shore Band Concert. The concert was held at Easton High School in April. Books Cafe offers pop-up June sale
For the first time in its 21-year history, the Wye Parish Books Café in Queenstown will offer a summertime version of its winter 90%-off book sale. Featuring “Stories for Summer” as well as the regular Books Café collections, the new sale will take place on four days in June: Friday and Saturday June 14, 15 and June 21, 22. CENTREVILLE — Retaining food service employees is on the menu as the Queen Anne’s County Public Schools Board of Education approved Sysco Eastern Maryland, LLC for food delivery services during its workshop meeting May 15.
