New skatepark construction underway in Queen Anne's County
The Department of Parks and Recreation, alongside the County Commissioners, are excited to announce the construction of a new skatepark. The skatepark will be located in Stevensville on Cockey Lane behind Business Parkway and promises to be a dynamic addition to the recreational amenities of Queen Anne’s County. ROCK HALL — Three frontrunners have emerged in the Kent County Board of Education’s search for the next superintendent of schools. The search process launched in January when Dr. Karen Couch, the current superintendent, announced her plans to retire at the end of the current school year.
