Mary Elaine Barry became a client at The Center for Counseling & Consultation in 2022, while struggling with substance-use disorder and mental-health issues. Now she is eagerly awaiting her one-year anniversary of being clean, while working at a job she loves, continuing her therapy sessions and asking for help when necessary.
Three arrested after Saturday chase
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson police caught three people after they are said to have stolen items on Saturday. According to a release from Hutchinson Police Capt. Dayton Gates, at 4:39 p.m. Saturday, police were sent to Dunham’s Sports, 1500 East 11th Ave, in reference to a theft. The suspects left the area in a U-Haul box truck.
