25-Year-Old Man Shot after Raising Gun at Deputy in Maine
A 25-year-old man was shot and injured Saturday after he raised a firearm at a Hancock County Sheriff’s Deputy in Stonington. The Hancock Sheriff's Office said Erik-Thor Himpler had been threatening to burn down the family’s house on Weed Field Road. His mother called 911 around 3:50 pm.
