$1,289,000 Condo Sells in Buffalo, New York
The sale of an Elmwood Village condominium represents the 17th Erie County private residence to sell for more than $1 million this year. According to documents filed May 23 in the Erie County Clerk's office, the John A. Mitchell Revocable Trust and the Elizabeth S. Mitchell Revocable Trust paid $1.289 million for a condo in the Chason Affinity-developed Eleven Eleven condo project at 1111 Elmwood Ave.

Two Buffalo Bills Staff Members Buy New Homes in Western New York
Two members of the Buffalo Bills staff have found new homes in Orchard Park. According to a May 15 filing in the Erie County Clerk's office, recently named chief operating officer for the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres, Pete Guelli, and his wife, Patricia, paid $1.125 million for a four-bedroom, 4,057-square-foot house in Orchard Park. The house, built in 2004, had been owned by the Gary Nickiel Revocable Living Trust, according to county clerk’s documents.

Rick James House Sells For $1,490,000 in Buffalo, New York
A Buffalo house that was once owned by the late Rick James has become this year’s 15th private residence in Erie County to sell for more than $1 million. According to documents filed May 13 in the Erie County Clerk's office, the five-bedroom, circa 1915-era house at 79 Chapin Parkway was acquired by the Francis Allen 2024 Revocable Trust 041224, who paid $1.49 million for the property. The 5,211-square-foot house had been owned by Philip and Donna Niswander, according to the county clerk’s documents.
