Trey Rider sentenced to 15 months at detention center for house fire
EASTON — Fred “Trey” Rider III has been ordered to turn himself into the Talbot County Detention Center on Monday morning to serve 15 months for reckless endangerment. His charges stem from a fire he started at his home in November 2022. At a sentencing hearing Friday, Judge Thomas G. Ross also handed Rider a 20-year sentence for first-degree arson with all but the time he’s already served suspended. Ridgely police vehicles, equipment were sold, transferred this summer
RIDGELY — The town of Ridgely has sold seven vehicles and three firearms once belonging to the Ridgely Police Department since the police department was disbanded, according to records obtained by the Star Democrat.
